Ardupilot Mega Mini OSD Rev. 1.1 OSD for DIY drones APM2.0 APM2.5 APM2.6 with protective cover

APM has an auxiliary OSD card called MinimOSD. This onboard telemetry reads all MAVLink data in the stream and includes it in the video stream, if you are using an integrated camera and wireless video transmitter. This is useful if you are flying in first-person perspective (FPV) mode or if you don't want to use a laptop to see your telemetry data in the mission planner.

Instructions for connecting and operating the MinimOSD board via the APM telemetry port are here. Photos of the connection to APM 1 and APM 2 are below.

Important note: You cannot use the OSD connection when the APM 2 is connected via USB (they share the same port). Make sure to disconnect the %USB cable from your APM2 board before you start using the OSD.
